Meet The Dry Plus Carpet Cleaning Team
Meet The Owner
Marc was born in St. Petersburg, Florida and raised in North Attleboro, Massachusetts. As a second-generation cleaning specialist, he followed in his father’s footsteps from a young age.
Growing up, Marc went on countless carpet and upholstery jobs with his father while balancing life as an athlete. He spent numerous hours learning the ins and outs of the ever-growing world of cleaning while building a strong work ethic along the way.
In the midst of the global pandemic, Marc moved to Fort Myers to chase the dream of owning a business. Before launching Dry Plus Carpet Cleaning, he honed his skills working for a well-known company in the greater Southwest Florida area.
Today, he provides multiple professional cleaning solutions for families, businesses, and properties throughout Southwest Florida.
Meet Reid – Lead Technician
Reid and Marc grew up together in Massachusetts, building a lifelong friendship rooted in trust, hard work, and shared values. Originally from Massachusetts, Reid brings a strong work ethic and attention to detail that shows in every job he takes on.
Before joining Dry Plus Carpet Cleaning, Reid worked at a motorcycle dealership, where precision, accountability, and customer service were critical parts of the job. That background translates seamlessly into his work today, where he approaches every home and business with care, focus, and pride.
Outside of work, Reid has a true passion for cars and motorcycles — he even spends time racing at the track for fun. He’s also a big coffee enthusiast, always appreciating a great cup to start the day. His calm demeanor, technical mindset, and commitment to quality make him an essential part of the Dry Plus team.
Reid takes pride in delivering consistent, high-level results while upholding the standards that define Dry Plus — where the PLUS is truly the difference.
Meet Dave – Senior Master Technician
Originally from Massachusetts, Dave brings decades of hands-on experience to Dry Plus Carpet Cleaning and serves as a foundation of the company’s craftsmanship and technical knowledge. With over 30 years in the cleaning industry, he has dedicated his career to mastering carpet and upholstery care, earning a reputation for precision, honesty, and results that stand the test of time.
Beyond the trade, Dave is a devoted father who spent years coaching Marc in sports, never missing a game, practice, or milestone. He consistently put family first, making personal sacrifices so his children could have opportunities, support, and stability. Those same values of discipline, commitment, and accountability carried over into the lessons he passed down both on and off the field.
As Marc’s father, Dave played an early role in introducing him to the industry, sharing not only technical skills but also the importance of integrity, pride in one’s work, and doing things the right way. His deep understanding of fibers, stains, and proper cleaning methods allows him to confidently handle even the most challenging situations.
Dave approaches every job with a methodical mindset and a commitment to excellence, ensuring each customer receives dependable, high-quality service. His experience, leadership, and attention to detail continue to help shape the standards that define Dry Plus — where the PLUS is truly the difference.
Meet David – Junior Technician
David is a Junior Technician at Dry Plus Carpet Cleaning and Marc’s older brother. Originally from Massachusetts, he brings a strong work ethic, discipline, and several years of hands-on experience to the Dry Plus team.
Before returning to civilian life, David proudly served as an Infantryman in the United States Army and was stationed in Germany. His time in the military helped shape his sense of responsibility, teamwork, and attention to detail — qualities that translate naturally into the professional standards expected at Dry Plus.
Although David did not follow the exact same path into the industry as Marc, he has spent the past several years gaining experience in carpet and upholstery cleaning and developing the practical skills needed to deliver dependable results. Working alongside the team at Dry Plus allows him to continue building on that foundation while contributing to the consistent level of service customers have come to expect.
Outside of work, David enjoys riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles, working on cars, and spending time fishing whenever he can. His steady work ethic, reliability, and team-first mindset make him a valued part of the Dry Plus team as the company continues to grow and serve customers throughout Southwest Florida.
